The elementary classroom Christmas parties will be held on the afternoon of Friday, Dec. 16th, 2022. There is a list by grade of health concerns that need to be followed when anything is brought into the classroom. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our students and school. CRAM-A-VAN is this Thursday Dec. 1st 7AM-6PM in front of the High School.

Congratulations to Nolan Easton for successfully auditioning and qualifying for PMEA District 6 Band this weekend on trumpet ! The festival will take place in February at Meyersdale Area High School with other musicians from Bedford, Blair, Cambria, and Somerset counties. 🎶

Barn Hill Preserve will be at the school on December 5, 2022 to educate students in pre-K to 8th grade about animals from wild places across the world by bringing the zoo to our school.
Permission forms were given to students on November 18, 2022 . All permission slips need to be turned into students homeroom teachers by November 29, 2022 to take part in this event. 7th & 8th grade students may turn their forms into Mrs. Shafer. Students without a complete permission form will Not be permitted to attend this event. No purchase is necessary , just a complete permission( student name, teacher name, grade, and parent/guardian's signature) form by the due date. Each student must have their own form. Please do not put siblings on the same form and/or turn them into a teacher that is not your students homeroom teacher.
If making a purchase we ask that you place each order on each individual student so no one is missed. You may still make one payment. We just ask that you write what student the payment was sent with on the other students form and/or check number. All online purchases need to have a receipt attached to them. Remember that this is Not a school fundraiser!

School will dismiss at 1:15 on Wednesday, November, 23, 2022 for Thanksgiving Break. School will be closed Thursday, November 24, Friday, November 25 and Monday, November 28, 2022 for Thanksgiving Break. School will resume, Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
