Salisbury-Elk Lick School District

The 2023 Salisbury-Elk Lick Graduation guest speaker was John Peck. Mr. Peck is a 2009 graduate of Salisbury-Elk Lick High School. He then went on to earn a BA in English with a minor in Business from Penn State Fayette in 2012, and a Master of Entertainment  Industry Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2015. Before moving to California, John worked as an editorial assistant for The New Republic newspaper in Meyersdale. During grad school, John worked for several production companies including Chestnut Ridge Productions and Grey Matter Productions. After graduating, John began working as a Creative Development Associate for Toonstar, a Web3 animation studio. John has continued to work with Toonstar since 2015  and now works as a Producer on the animated projects.
